NCLC Announces 'Campus Women Lead' in partnership with Running Start

National Campus Leadership Council is teaming up with Running Start to host day-long summit that will celebrate the stories of current and aspiring women student body presidents, guide conversations on pressing issues facing today’s students, navigate unique pressures and scrutiny in male-dominated spaces, and equip attendees with the skills necessary to flourish in and out of office. It is our hope that attendees will be inspired to run for political office and build pipelines for other women student body leaders.

The summit will feature women who have already made their mark in politics, business, and the media. Sessions during the summit will target issues such as media literacy, intersectionality in advocacy work, pipelines for women in leadership roles, and self-care workshops. Receptions provide the opportunity for attendees to network and build relationships that will last beyond the conclusion of the summit.

Hosted in the nation's capital, Campus Women Lead promises an unforgettable experience to make friends, grow as a leader, and pave paths for future women leaders. Want more information on how you can attend? Contact us at or visit We can't wait to see you here!
